I have a porcelain sink and I did not realize this would not fit it. It will fit the narrow stainless steel sink shown in the picture, but if you have a wider divider in the sink this won't work for you. It just pops off, and falls to the bottom of the sink :-(

I opted to purchase this despite some negative reviews from Amazon customers and I must say I'm disappointed with this thermometer. Mine worked fine for a week and then broke ... it now says the temperature outside (not in my compost pile) is 135 degrees. For the price, I needed something sturdier. I will try a new brand.

This kettle works well. It quickly heats water, and when the water begins to boil, the kettle starts to whistle very very loudly. It is somewhat difficult to clean. The cap is also hard to insert and remove; I usually just pour water in through the spout.

I bought this teakettle for my daughter and she loves it, she said the whistle is so loud she can hear it upstairs, it also matches all her Country Cottage dishes, also bought her the platter, she said they arrived very nicely packaged. To clean the teakettle use equal parts of water and white vinegar and boil for 10 minutes, I fill just above the stained area and it comes out clean. I bought Corelle dishes in 1970's and still use them.

I bought these lights for my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix SE, and you can't beat the value! I had priced these lights out at auto parts stores for $200 each side! I bought both sides, and was disappointed that the blinker lights were not in place, but that wasn't a big deal to replace. They look great, just like the originals, only new!

Just received my headlight today. It was easy to install, took my husband about 4 minutes to take out the old one and put in the new one. Looks great and shines bright. My only problem was that the bulb that came with it would not connect to my car for some reason, but was no big deal as I have just bought new bulbs anyways.

We bought this to go on my wife's Trek 800. We have a total of 4 bikes, but that is the only one we were sure it would fit (there were 2 bikes that were questionable) based on Kettler's site of Bikes that work and Bikes that won't. You should only believe the bikes that don't pictures.

If you expect this to fit your bike, the following has to be true. 1. seat post tube has to be round and between 28mm-44mm and have 6 inches of free space up and down. 2. bike has to have a "traditional" rear triangle design that is not too wide (never measured that, but the gist is that the seat rails must go by the frame, so if it's too wide, you can't slide the seat in.) 3. shifter cable has to either run straight up and down the middle of the seat tube or not be on the seat tube at all. 4. no side pull brakes, only V-style (side pull brakes block the seat rails). 5. this is the kicker. If you get all of the above right, Kettler has a dot on the side of the seat showing the center of mass. This dot can not be more than 10 cm (4 inches) behind the rear wheel axle. What this means is that the distance between the adaptor mount (the thing the rails slide into) and the axle must be at least 16" (the distance from the adaptor center to the dot when the rails are in the adaptor is 20"). 6. And the real kicker is you can get all that right, but when you pedal you can be hitting your child's feet with your heel on the way up. The seat has a decent range on the rails, but you can't move it back beyond the 10 cm, so you move it forward and hit feet or move it back and go beyond the limit.

I tried this on several bikes at a store and then gave up. The seat itself was nice or I'd have given it 1 star. The instructions are pictures, which would be fine if they were better at it. http://www.kettlerusa.com/Flipper.pdf A few words would help, even if they were in German. The support people were not as helpful as I thought they should be. It took a phone call and many emails to get to the point where they could definitively tell me why there is a 10 cm limit. (And their reason, that it is a structural issue (quote from Germany - "If the center of the red dot is more than 10 cm from the middle of the wheel away - the leverage effect of the seat and the fitting of the seat would be to high. The structure of the seat could get damaged --> and so the child could get hurt too.") is different from the reason given for the CoPilot
( http://www.bikedock.com/custom/pdf/08/CoPilot/Co-Pilot_Taxi_manual.pdf page 3, which is that it is a balance/braking issue. I know they mount differently, so take that for whatever you think it's worth. The instructions (the part at the beginning that is words) say " ¡ The load centre (marked by a red point) may only be within 10 cm behind the wheel hub (explained in detail below)." The only detail below is a picture.

Kettler has a demo gif http://www.kettlerusa.com/flipper.gif showing how easy it is to remove the seat. It is easy to remove. The balance dot (not shown) was right above the large circle at the base of the seat. In my opinion, no way that seat ends up less than 10cm behind the axle. Just my opinion, but my wife's bike is so similar to this, I doubt I'm incorrect.

My thinking is that this bike seat has a better chance of working on old style men's bikes than anything else. I also think that more than half of these are not mounted to within that 10 cm limitation. It's kind of like wearing a helmet. If you don't have anything to protect back there, then don't worry about the spec.

In contrast to my experience with the seat, returning it, which I was dreading since so much time had passed waiting for Kettler's responses, was so easy I couldn't believe it. Thank you Amazon. All I had to do was box it back up and print something. And I had extra time because they extended returns due to Xmas. Good timing or the 30 day would have been an issue.

My recommendation is to only buy this if you can try it on the bike first. If you are getting a new bike anyway, get your LBS to order one to make sure it fits before you waste money on either the bike or the seat.

The seat is comfortable, but doesn't have as much side protection as others. It also does not recline back very far, which leads to my one year old daughter falling asleep and looking pretty uncomfortable. She cannot complain, but I would have preferred more of an actual recline to keep her head back and side protection as a nice resting place.

I was assured by a Kettler customer service representative that the seat would work with my boyfriend's bike before ordering (we've had problems with other seats not being compatible), but once it arrived, we were disappointed to find that the seat rested on his back tire after installed properly. I phoned again and there was nothing that Kettler would do about reimbursing my return postage or offering an alternate solution, so my boyfriend actually had to remove his front derailer to keep the seat high enough and out of the way. He actually had to DAMAGE his bike by busting off the metal derailer attachment piece on his frame to move the seat mounting unit up another two inches. In other words, one must be sure that their bike frame (where seat will attach) is at least as high as one's back tire and not any lower, or the seat will not be high enough to allow for use.

The storage pockets are very handy and the seat seems to be of average durability. My daughter definitely likes to have the lap bar to grip onto during rides and she seems to be very happy while cruising with mommy and daddy, unlike how she managed in the bike trailer. She is much more comfortable sitting in an actual, cushioned seat, as opposed to sliding to and fro during every turn and over every bump. Great purchase for fairly quick bike outings, but overpriced in my opinion.

I smelled and fell in love with this perfume at Dillard's but it's not cheap. The 6.7oz bottle is most economical but it's $130+ at most sites. I got it for under $90 here at Amazon. I can always depend on Amazon for good prices. The fragrance is lovely, it's a nice clean light fragrance and has a hint of powder. It also lasts for a long time.

I was very excited about this product when I bought it - the idea of steaming and blending the food in one gadget seemed like a big time saver. However, it's not nearly as much of a time saver as it seems. The bowl is tiny, so to make enough food for just 2 days or so, I had to fill the bowl at least twice to steam the veggies(and that's about 10-15 min of steaming each time). An average-sized cauliflower took me 3 steaming session to get through, so that's almost an hour of steaming. Then the blending... unfortunately, this product is not nearly powerful enough to blend veggies quickly. Even with adding a lot of water, the food seems to get stuck and the blades are just blending what's on the bottom of the bowl and not moving the food around at all. You also can't move the food around without taking apart the whole contraption - likely because of it's baby-proof design. Several times already I ended up pulling out a regular blended and transferring the veggies to finish blending them. I've now given up on this disappointing product and will have to return it. I'm hoping that a regular-sized food processor and a steamer will do the trick in a lot less time and with much less effort.

This works wonderfully! Put food in basket, steam, dump food in blender, blend. So simple. So easy to clean up afterward. I can make many foods in one morning, so my baby gets variety. It makes about 6 or so ounces at a time, filling one freezer tray. I think this is good so that I don't have mounds of one vegetable in the freezer. It makes it easy to keep variety in Baby's diet. I have had the gasket leak BUT that was because I had it on upside down! Flipped it over, no problem anymore! I definitely recommend this cooker!

I got the Beaba Babycook last week for my 5 month old baby. It worked GREAT!! I read many mixed reviews here in Amazon but was willing to take the chance so I can make homemade food for my baby. I used apple as the first start and it turned out to be so tasty. Since I just started introducing her solid food so I ended up finishing the rest of the batch myself. It took a little time to figure out how to use it first as the instruction is not very clear. Anyway, after you have figured how this product works, it does a great job! I used a medium size apple and it could make about 3 servings. It is so compact that it takes so little of counter space. I love it and I am so glad I brought it.

Apparently they are still shipping v5.24 and according to the release notes the android bugs are fixed in v5.25, which you can't update to yourself and I was unable to find an installer who could update it for me. The only recourse is to send it back to parrot for a firmware update. I used the bluetooth file transfer app to work around the android bugs in the mean time. After that, it works great. I'll give it 4 stars cause it works great but you can't update the firmware without sending it back to the manufacturer.


Parrot CK3000EVO Review by WooHoo

I used a plug and play harness from Safewireless.com and it worked perfectly, they had the best price on the net and it also came with a free microphone wind screen cover. Safewireless.com also has a FAQ's on their site that they referred me to for the Parrot car kits and it was much more helpful than the owner's manual.

There is much more to this kit than what you think, check out the FAQ's at Safewireless.com.

The CK3000 is a great kit with superb audio quality, but the address book in your phone does not auto-sync like the Parrot CK3100, therefore you will need to use object push to send each contact into the CK3000 one at a time, if you have allot of contacts, you can use switch the car kit into the mode where you use the voice dialing from your phone, however, when you use the voice dialing from your phone instead, you will not be able to get the your voice announcement of the person calling, this assumes you synced your contacts and programmed the voice tags and tagged your contacts, very easy process. Also, the voice recognition is likely better with the CK3000 although the newer phones voice dialing is getting better.

Many people like the idea of having a display, if that is the case, get a CK3100 (if you do not care about A2DP (audio/music/bluetooth) ).

I installed the Parrot Evolution in my wife car over 4 years ago and it sounds as good as the day I installed it. The uplink audio quality is the best from any car kit I have ever heard! Better then OnStar that is in her car when she use to use to call me from it. The downlink audio is great also. My loves that fact that when she receives a call the radio audio will stop and the speakers in the doors will play the ringer and when she answers the call the calling parties audio is routed to those speakers. Everybody she has talked to on it are amazed at how well the call sounds.

The other great feature is the privacy mode of this car kit. When we are traveling and my wife's boss calls the rest of us in the car don't need to hear about my wife's next job, she presses the green button while on the the call and the car kit switches the audio to her phone.

Overall I would buy another Parrot product again after this great experience.

It's so nice that it's not filled with things that should just NOT be in formula.
No ingredients are purchased from China.
Contains no palm oil.

I also am impressed that they don't use corn syrup to sweeten their formulas. It's brown rice syrup which is a better carbohydrate than most use.

In response to no added DHA/ARA this is found on their website so it is not lacking.. and who wants DHA/ARA made by martex which is derived from laboratory-grown fermented algae and fungus and processed utilizing a toxic chemical, hexane anyway?

Baby's Only Organic� pediatric formulas contain two essential (precursor) fats: Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) and Linoleic Acid (LA). Alpha-Linolenic and Linoleic fatty acids are called "essential" because the human body cannot make these fats and therefore it is essential to derive them from food sources. Alpha-Linolenic Acid is an omega-3 used by the body to make Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). Linoleic Acid is an omega-6 used by the body to make Arachidonic Acid (ARA). DHA and ARA are called "non-essential" fatty acids because full-term, healthy infants, children, and adults can manufacture these from Alpha-Linolenic and Linoleic fatty acids.

Just to clear up some confusion here is the quote from the manufacture's website:

"Baby's Only Organic� Dairy-based Toddler Formula contains alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA), the fatty acid precursors for Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Arachidonic acid (ARA)."

Conversion of ALA and LA by the body to the more active longer-chain metabolites is inefficient: 2-5% for DHA. So while adding ALA to your child's diet is helpful it is not a complete substitute for the ARA and DHA found in breast milk (of course no formula can match breast milk).

If you want to use this brand of formula you should consider adding DHA and ARA some other way. This same company makes a supplement called "Baby's Only Essentials� DHA & ARA" and there are others on the market.

DHA and ARA are called "non-essential" fatty acids because full-term, healthy infants, children, and adults can manufacture these from Alpha-Linolenic and Linoleic fatty acids.

Just to clear up some confusion here is the quote from the manufacture's website:

"Baby's Only Organic� Dairy-based Toddler Formula contains alpha-linolenic acid (ALA) and linoleic acid (LA), the fatty acid precursors for Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and Arachidonic acid (ARA)."

Conversion of ALA and LA by the body to the more active longer-chain metabolites is inefficient: 2-5% for DHA. So while adding ALA to your child's diet is helpful it is not a complete substitute for the ARA and DHA found in breast milk (of course no formula can match breast milk).

If you want to use this brand of formula you should consider adding DHA and ARA some other way. This same company makes a supplement called "Baby's Only Essentials� DHA & ARA" and there are others on the market.
